After a break up, you are probably looking for something that can relate to how you’re feeling at the moment, like sad love poems. You probably think that reading and writing them are going to make you feel better, or at least they might be able to sympathize with you or be similar to your situation.
They’re not! After a break of any sort, especially if it was a tough one, we tend to get depressed and start looking for sad love poems, sad love songs, and similar other things to remind us that other people went through the same thing.
A Broken Heart
hoping that I won’t see.
his blue eyes glaring,
his mouth slowly curving.
he likes when I write.
I can tell.
he finally gets courage,
and comes to talk to me.
he walks over slowly,
and begins to get nervous.
we look into each others eyes for a minute,
before he speaks.
I look at him with sorrow in my eyes.
I see he puts his head down as I speak.
he looks at me without glee.
I turn my head and begin to feel sorry.
he finally leaves with tears in his eyes.
and I knew the moment I said no,
that he had a broken heart.

and make her mad
all the while inside she’s sad
she can’t belive you act like that
she liked you she was in love
but highschool started
something changed
you made new friends and left her in your dust
so now she is all alone
the same girl you ridicual and tease
is the same girl you onced loved
so now what happens to poor hurt soul
she hangs from a shower curtain rod
with a rope around her neck
and a note in her hand
that says I loved you
but your not the same boy I once knew
and where are you
wishing you could of redone everything agan
